Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women and rare in men, accounting for 7%-10% of all malignant tumors in China, and is on the rise year by year. Whether early stage breast cancer can be cured or not depends on the clinical stage. The treatment of breast cancer is mainly based on the different molecular staging of the patient, and whether it can be cured depends on the clinical stage. For patients who can be operated in early stage, surgery plus post-operative adjuvant treatment can be applied. Early detection and early treatment can achieve clinical cure. For locally advanced breast cancer, preoperative neoadjuvant therapy can be applied and later surgery can be performed. For advanced stage or recurrent cases, systemic drugs and symptomatic treatment can prolong the life of patients and increase the five-year survival rate through active treatment. The treatment of breast cancer mostly adopts a comprehensive treatment method based on surgery, and surgery is the first choice for early stage cancer patients. According to WHO and domestic classification principles, breast cancer that is confined to the basement membrane without interstitial infiltration is classified as early stage breast cancer, and according to research statistics, the survival rate after surgery can reach over 90% in 10 years. Systemic treatment includes chemotherapy, radiation therapy, endocrine therapy, biological therapy, etc., all of which are used to reduce the risk of recurrence and improve the survival rate. For example, it has been proven that the combined application of multiple chemotherapeutic agents can achieve an efficiency of 40-60% in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Male breast cancer has a poorer five-year postoperative survival rate because it is prone to early invasion of the skin and pectoral muscle, and lymph node metastasis also occurs earlier.
