What can be found by MRI of fracture

Most of the fracture examinations are done by X-ray and CT. If MRI is done, it is necessary to determine if there is a fracture and a cartilage injury, such as in the knee or ankle joint, if there is damage to the cruciate ligament, meniscus or talus, or cartilage, or even if there is a serious fracture and MRI can show if there is damage to blood vessels, muscle ligaments and fascia. Therefore the presence of a fracture cannot be determined directly, and an MRI is required. It is also necessary to have an X-ray or CT examination, as well as the symptoms of the condition currently manifested, to make a comprehensive judgment as to whether an MRI is necessary. Therefore, if you suspect that there is any injury, you need to get an MRI to see if it is necessary, and you cannot decide on your own.
