The dangers of taking cardiovascular drugs in pregnant heart patients

All drugs have the potential to adversely affect the development and growth of the fetus, and when possible, try to avoid using any drugs. For example: 1. Digoxin: The use of digoxin during pregnancy is currently considered relatively safe and has no teratogenic effects, but overdose can lead to digitalis toxicity and can result in fetal death. Other possible adverse effects include preterm birth, low birth weight and later growth retardation. 2.Betarelix: It can pass through the placenta and can lead to intrauterine distress, bradycardia and respiratory distress. 3, diuretics (such as hydrochlorcetin): there are no reports of fetal malformations caused by diuretics, but there is a risk of neonatal thrombocytopenia, jaundice, bradycardia and hyponatremia with these drugs.
