Cervical spine anti-arch daily head tilt is useful

Cervical spine reverse arch daily head tilt has a certain therapeutic effect. Cervical retroflexion means that the physiological curvature of the cervical spine has been reversed, at which time the patient may have clinical symptoms such as pain in the neck, dizziness, nausea, chest tightness and panic, mainly related to insufficient blood supply to the vertebral artery. By frequently tilting the head, the cervical curvature can be promoted to a certain extent, but this posture should not be overly relied on, and other treatments are needed to achieve the ultimate treatment purpose, otherwise the patient’s recovery will be affected. Other treatments include continuous traction of the cervical spine and resistance training of the neck muscles, all of which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of cervical retroflexion. Regular review of cervical spine x-rays will reveal a gradual recovery of the physiological curvature of the cervical spine. Early diagnosis and early treatment are extremely beneficial to the patient’s recovery.
