Desensitization therapy: cold water adaptive desensitization therapy is usually applied, cold desensitization by repeated cold baths, which can lower the temperature threshold and relieve cold-induced symptoms, mainly for people with poor efficacy of medication, and generally requires hospitalization and simultaneous oral antihistamine treatment. Second, hot contact urticaria: compared to cold contact urticaria, hot contact urticaria occurs less often, mainly related to allergies, scratching irritation, sun exposure or heat, avoid contact with overheated environments, heat sources, such as hot water, stoves, etc., but also to avoid mental stimulation. The choice of medication is the same as for cold contact urticaria, and desensitization treatment can also be performed symptomatically. There is no clear method to eradicate cold and hot contact urticaria, but only symptomatic treatment. Therefore, you need to avoid prolonged contact with cold and hot sources in your life, and cooperate with medication and desensitization to relieve symptoms.
