1, appropriate activities are appropriate after surgery for precordial disease, which can promote the recovery of cardiopulmonary function. 2, appropriate supplementation, but do not overeat. 3.Children with severe and complex malformations and other poor cardiac functions may need to continue to apply cardiotonic and diuretic drugs and antibiotics for a period of time after discharge, and some may need to apply anticoagulants after surgery. At the time of discharge, the physician in charge will prescribe discharge medication and give some necessary explanation to the family, so please listen carefully. During the period of medication, you should go to the hospital regularly for examination, observe the efficacy and toxicity of the drugs, side effects, etc., and adjust the dosage or stop or change the medication under the guidance of the physician. 4, after discharge from the hospital should be regularly re-examined (can be in the local hospital or can come to our center, generally simple precordial disease about 3 months to review once; serious complex malformations, the best discharge within a month to review once. The review includes echocardiography, electrocardiogram, x-ray chest X-ray, etc. Sometimes it is also necessary to check the blood routine, and children who apply anticoagulants should also check the coagulation function to prevent bleeding tendency. 5.In case of cardiac insufficiency and other conditions, you should come to our hospital or local professional institutions immediately to get help. 6.Children undergoing staged surgery should pay attention to keep in touch with the competent physician to determine matters related to re-operation.
