What medication to infuse after a fracture

If there is pain after the fracture, some pain medication should be used, and depending on the severity of the pain, flurbiprofen ester and aminobutriol ketorolac should be infused. If there is swelling after the fracture, mannitol or sodium heptaoside can be infused to reduce the swelling. In order to speed up the metabolism, promote blood circulation and fracture healing, improve the peripheral blood circulation with drugs that activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis. In case of infection, anti-infective and anti-inflammatory drugs, such as cephalosporin sodium, should be administered. If anti-inflammatory prophylaxis is performed after fracture surgery, anti-inflammatory and anti-infective prophylaxis is also given with cefazolin sodium depending on the number of antibiotics used.
