The disease is stimulated by factors such as eating cold, spicy, or emotional depression and anger, or by long-term excessive smoking and drinking, which cause the gas between the diaphragm to be unfavorable and induce the gas to rush up to the larynx, with the main manifestation of erratic sound, short and frequent sound, which cannot be controlled by oneself [2]. The duration of eruption varies from a few minutes to several months. If it persists for several weeks without relief and does not stop at night during sleep, it is called persistent erratic reflux.
