Suitable exercise time for cardiovascular patients

Suitable exercise time for cardiovascular patients is after 4:00 p.m. or in the evening. Cardiovascular patients should try to avoid physical exercise from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, because the human sympathetic excitation is the highest during this time, and blood pressure fluctuations in the high range. Exercise during this time is relatively easy to induce adverse cardiovascular events, in order to avoid such events should choose to exercise in the afternoon. After 4 p.m. or in the evening, the body’s functions are in a stable state, and the heart rate and blood pressure are also more stable. Therefore, the scholars of the Society of Chronological Medicine believe that exercising during this time will help reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events in patients. However, if the patient is already symptomatic, physical exercise is not recommended and rest is the mainstay. Cardiovascular patients should always pay attention to avoid strain, strenuous exercise, emotional excitement and other adverse factors stimulation, usually appropriate exercise, according to the strength.
