Herniated disc, low back and leg pain, low back muscle exercise method

Section 1: Waist lifting exercise. Supine position, bend both knees, both hands clenched fist, bend both hands on the side of the body, waist and hips as far as possible, lift the chest, slowly 10 to 20 times. Prone position, both elbows straight, both hands crossed behind the waist, both lower limbs rhythmically and forcefully raised and lowered backward, while lifting the chest and head, repeat 10 to 20 times. Choose any one of the above exercises that suits the individual. Which patients need surgery? 1, diagnosed lumbar disc herniation for more than six months, after non-surgical treatment is ineffective, and the symptoms are aggravated. 2.The first severe attack of lumbar disc herniation, the patient has difficulty moving and sleeping due to pain, and is forced to bend the hip and knee in the lateral position, or even kneeling. 3.
