Methods for expulsion of endometrial polyps

There is no clinical method to make the endometrial polyp expel by itself, the only way is to remove the polyp by hysteroscopic surgery. Hysteroscopic removal of polyps is recommended within 3-7 days of menstruation if the routine leucorrhea, blood tests, clotting time and ECG are normal. If necessary, diagnostic scraping will be done, and the scrapings and polyps will be sent for pathological examination, and the next treatment method will be decided according to the pathological results. Because endometrial polyps are also clinically recurrent, it is recommended that they must be reviewed regularly after surgery, and an annual ultrasound is recommended to see if the polyps recur.
