What is a perianal abscess?

  Perianal abscess is a common anorectal disease that occurs in young adults between the ages of 20 and 40, and is caused by an acute infection of the soft tissue around the anal canal or the perianal space. The following three major symptoms of perianal abscess should be taken seriously when they occur.  Three common symptoms of perianal abscess: 1. pain The most common symptom of perianal abscess is persistent swelling pain or throbbing pain that is gradually aggravated, inconvenient walking and restricted sitting.  2, hard nodules and lumps Initially, a hard nodules and lumps protrude next to the anus and gradually increase in size, and some of them can break down by themselves after a long time.  3.Fever Localized redness and swelling of inflammation accompanied by fever, often low fever and sometimes high fever. The body temperature can be between 37 and 40℃. In addition, there may be general malaise, loss of appetite, poor sleep, etc.
