Watery, abundant and odorless leukorrhea is usually not a sign of pregnancy and should be treated accordingly after identifying the cause. Usually, leukorrhea is thin, small and odorless. In the case of trichomoniasis, yellowish-green, foamy leucorrhea is often seen. Vulvovaginal pseudomonal yeast disease may present with thick, tofu-like or milky white leucorrhea. Bacterial vaginosis may present with thin, watery, odorous leucorrhea. If watery, odorless leucorrhea is present, in addition to the vaginal inflammation described above, it is necessary to rule out the presence of abnormal vaginal discharge, which may be caused by cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, and diseases such as cervicitis and endometritis. Patients with the above mentioned symptoms are advised to wash their vulva with warm water to keep it clean while carrying out targeted treatment. Avoid spicy and stimulating diet, maintain a good mood, and participate in physical exercise regularly to enhance the body’s resistance to diseases.
