Can vaginal cleanliness grade III heal on its own?

Vaginal cleanliness level III indicates mild vaginitis. If there are no other bacterial infections, it may heal on its own and should be treated according to the test. The cleanliness test is performed by adding saline to the vaginal secretions and examining them through a microscope to determine the cleanliness of the vagina based on white blood cells, epithelial cells, Bacillus vaginalis and other bacteria. Degrees I-II are normal. If there is no abnormality in other tests, the immunity of the body is enhanced and the vagina itself is self-cleaning, it may heal itself. Grade IV indicates a more serious form of vaginitis and should be treated promptly in a hospital. If a woman has vaginitis, it is recommended that she should pay attention to the cleanliness of her vulva, prohibit sexual intercourse during the untreated period, avoid spicy and stimulating foods, wash her vulva with warm water, and change sanitary napkins regularly during her period.
