Lower extremity arterial disease

  Lower extremity artery disease (sclerosis, stenosis and occlusion) The incidence of lower extremity artery disease in China is 3%, and only 1.4% are diagnosed.  Prevalent population: three high “high blood pressure, high blood fat, high blood sugar” people.  Symptoms: Initially intermittent claudication, that is, pain in the calf stomach after walking, improved after rest, with the passage of time a walking distance is getting shorter and shorter, and eventually walking a few dozen meters need to rest once. Eventually the same pain occurs at rest. Eventually the limb is severely ischemic and amputated.  Effective treatment: 1. standardized drug treatment; 2. artificial vascular bypass; 3. endovascular intervention.
