The symptoms of cutaneous vasculitis mainly include polypoid lesions, local itching and pain, fever and other systemic symptoms.
1. Polymorphic lesions: the lesions are often symmetrically distributed and preferably occur in the lower limbs, buttocks and other parts of the body. The lesions are generally polymorphic, including erythema, papules, purpura, blisters, vesicles, ulcers and so on. After the lesions subside, localized hyperpigmentation or atrophic scarring often remains.
2. Local itching and pain: the lesions often have mild itching or burning sensation, and some of them may also have pain.
3. Systemic symptoms: including mild to moderate fever, joint pain and fatigue, tiredness and other systemic symptoms.
If there is any discomfort, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time and follow the doctor’s instructions to avoid delaying the condition.
