Elevated tumor markers are not necessarily tumors. Many inflammatory diseases, benign diseases, specimen quality, correctness of specimen collection, and detection system may affect the test results, so please pay attention to review and follow up after elevation, and please seek medical attention as soon as possible for continuous elevation. The normal tumor marker does not necessarily mean that there is no tumor. The pathological type, size and aggressiveness of tumor are different, so if the tumor marker cannot be released into the blood, the abnormal result cannot be detected. The results of physical examination, imaging and pathology need to be integrated for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
