Blurred visual field and blindness: it can be divided into 6 stages. 1 stage is microangioma, 2 stage is hard exudation, 3 stage is soft exudation, 4 stage is neovascularization, vitreous blood accumulation, 5 stage is proliferation of mechanized substances, 6 stage is secondary retinal detachment. When stage 6 occurs, most of them are accompanied by diabetic nephropathy and peripheral neuropathy, and may have blurred visual field, and stage 6 can lead to symptoms of blindness. 2. Angina and headache: it mainly invades the aorta, coronary arteries, cerebral arteries, renal arteries and so on, which will cause coronary heart disease, ischemic or hemorrhagic encephalopathy, renal arteriosclerosis and so on, and may cause angina and headache and other symptoms. 3. Numbness of limbs: distal symmetric polyneuropathy is the most common, which is commonly seen in symmetric flaccid paralysis of limbs, and may have symptoms of numbness of limbs. 4. Foot ulcers: distal nerve abnormalities in the lower limbs and different degrees of peripheral vascular disease lead to related foot lesions, and may have symptoms of foot ulcers.
