Many patients are often found to have meningioma due to physical examination or discomfort, so for some questions such as how big meningioma needs surgery, how big meningioma can continue follow-up observation, and whether meningioma needs further radiotherapy after surgery, I have made a flow chart of standardized meningioma treatment according to the 2015 US NCCN guidelines for the patients to review, so that they can have further understanding of their condition and timely consultation.
