The patient, a 65-year-old female, had a lumbar compression fracture for six months after a traumatic injury, with unbearable back pain, and conservative treatment was ineffective. After treatment with vertebroplasty, the pain disappeared and she moved freely. She has been followed up for five years and is satisfied.
