Atrial defect closure umbrella for congenital heart disease

The Amplatzer double-sided umbrella interatrial septal occluder is a self-expanding double umbrella nickel-titanium alloy metal mesh structure with a left atrial lateral umbrella 4 mm larger than the right atrial lateral umbrella, the two umbrellas are connected by a short waist, and three layers of mylar are sewn on the two discs and the waist. The diameter of the waist is the size of the blocker. This blocker is attached to the delivery wire with screws and nuts to ensure that it does not detach during the operation. After the operation, the patient is bedridden for 24 hours, given antibiotics intravenously for about 5 days and oral aspirin 3-5mg/kg/day for six months to prevent thrombosis.
