Uterine fluid can be drained in a few days by walking around

Under the premise of normal uterine contraction, patients with uterine effusion may be drained after 1-2 days of walking around, but it also needs to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be generalized. The presence of fluid in the uterine cavity is commonly associated with gynecological inflammation such as acute endometritis, acute cervicitis, acute pelvic inflammatory disease or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. For women over 40 years old, it may also be due to endometrioma and cervical tumor, etc. It is recommended to improve relevant examinations to clarify the diagnosis and then carry out targeted treatment. If the amount of fluid is small and the patient’s uterus has normal contraction capacity, it can generally be absorbed on its own, and it can be drained in 1-2 days. If the amount of fluid accumulation is large, treatment is required as prescribed by the doctor. Some patients may need anti-inflammatory treatment for 2 weeks and then a review to decide the next step of treatment. Patients need to reduce the stimulation of sexual life, eat a light diet and refrain from eating spicy and irritating foods such as garlic and chili until they are cured.
