Primary hand sweating is a state of abnormal hypersecretion of sweat glands in the hands that is not affected by external temperature. It is mostly seen in young women and seriously affects the quality of life of patients and even affects their self-confidence in the process of making friends. In recent years, with the development and promotion of thoracoscopic technology, thoracoscopic thoracic sympathetic nerve chain dissection has become the preferred option for the treatment of hand sweating. The surgery is safe, minimally invasive and convenient. Our department has successfully carried out several cases of thoracoscopic hand sweating correction in recent years. After the operation, the patient’s bilateral excessive sweating of the palms is obviously corrected and becomes dry and warm, and there is basically no need for antibiotics after the operation, and he can be discharged from the hospital generally in about 3 days. The surgery can be successfully completed by making only 1~2 small incisions of about 1.0cm in length on the bilateral chest wall, and the surgery takes only about 1 hour to complete.
