There is no way to distinguish lipoma and liposarcoma by ultrasound, and the tumor can be removed by surgery, and pathology biopsy can be performed after surgery to distinguish them. 1. Lipoma: belongs to benign tumor, with slow growth speed, clear boundary and complete periphery. For the small size of lipoma, patients usually do not have any discomfort and do not need to deal with it, and can be reviewed regularly; for the large diameter of lipoma, it may affect the aesthetics of the patients or oppress the surrounding tissues, and can be surgically resected. 2. Liposarcoma: belongs to malignant tumor, with fast growth speed, often not clearly demarcated from the surrounding tissues, without complete envelope, and can also be transformed from lipoma. Early patients found liposarcoma, feasible surgery to remove liposarcoma, after surgery to send pathology biopsy, clear tumor nature. After the postoperative pathological examination, further chemotherapy (e.g. adriamycin, cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, etc.) is needed to confirm the diagnosis of liposarcoma. If the patient has any discomfort, he should go to the hospital for examination in time, and should not be careless, so as not to delay the treatment and affect the therapeutic effect.
