Good relatives are the first to be loved, and only when the work is well done can one speak of virtue

Many people and the media have attacked the indifference of doctors and the loss of medical ethics, and the health care industry has become the most criticized industry in the society. The once highly respected white angels are now almost said to be “professional hooligans,” “black-hearted wolves,” “murderers,” and “devils. “……. The first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, Changji branch of Chinese medicine comprehensive department Wang Dehui This era has made many people lost in the sound and color, people generally feel confused about their own values, the nation seems to have some kind of crisis of faith. As medical workers, we are more in the simple practice, but the cause is gradually fading away, and our work is gradually deviating from the national expectations. Who has turned the white angel into a black-hearted wolf? I think it’s not someone else, it’s actually us. From the day we gave up on saving lives and helping the injured as a career, the heart of love and mercy has gradually left us, and we are slowly becoming the devil, sucking the blood and sweat of the people who have been feeding us. The doctor-patient relationship has become so tense, and the trust and understanding between doctors and patients seems to have become so difficult. The return of medical ethics seems to be the expectation of all people. After ten years of medical practice, I have experienced a lot of things and seen or heard a lot of things. In particular, in 2003, my father, whom I considered a role model in my life, passed away after eight months of struggle with illness, and in the same year my daughter was born. I also transformed from a young man who wanted to be a famous doctor to a real young doctor, and resolved to treat my profession as a career, to live an ordinary life, to live a real life, and to approach my goal with my feet on the ground. A respected elder has the saying “A good relative is the first to feel love, and a fine profession is the only way to speak of virtue” hanging in the study. I used to think of it as a momentary improvisation, but now I think of it as the best summary of our life. Only those who can treat their loved ones well can truly love others; only those who can do well in their careers are worthy of talking about professional ethics. As medical workers, we often say that we should treat patients like our own relatives. If we can not achieve harmony and harmony at home and their friends and relatives, suspicion, quarrels and fights constantly, what will be the result of treating patients like relatives? Even if we pretend to be friendly, how can we give true love to people from the heart? Life is so real. To cultivate love, learn to love your family and friends first! Love from the heart is the most natural and the most beautiful. If we don’t have superb medical skills, how much time we are taking patients’ lives or health as a child’s play when they are in a life-and-death situation, how can we say we have virtue! Only with excellent medical skills, we can better remove pain for the people, and this is the foundation of medical ethics! But more often than not, we forget this point. Medical ethics is misunderstood by us, and we have all become the people who are not doing their jobs. Plain is true. The famous doctor is judged by others, just like the clouds in the sky, each saying its own phase. But I have to face every day or the earth beneath their feet, always seemingly bland, but in fact, the inner flag hot, surging. To paraphrase a phrase: the famous doctor is actually the name of the doctor! The occupation as a career may seem bland, but in fact this is really virtuous.
