Sleep disorders are common diseases and concomitant symptoms of many diseases, and insomnia requires comprehensive treatment to figure out the cause of insomnia. The primary factors are dealt with, and symptomatic treatments such as psychological and behavioral interventions, biofeedback, cognition, and medication are carried out.
