Second, hypertension level 1 through lifestyle intervention, blood pressure is still above 140/90mmHg before the need to take antihypertensive drugs, commonly used antihypertensive drugs include five major categories, namely calcium antagonists, beta-blockers, diuretics, ACEI class drugs and ARB class drugs. Through lifestyle interventions and antihypertensive drug therapy, the blood pressure can be controlled within a suitable range to meet the standard in order to reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
