White dripping and bloody semen are the main clinical manifestations of the disease, in addition to symptoms similar to prostatitis such as burning sensation in the urethra, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, painful urination and hematuria. Vesiculitis is one of the common infectious diseases in men, the age of onset is mostly between 20 and 40 years old, with hematemesis and painful ejaculation as the main clinical manifestations, but there are acute and chronic differences, individual differences, clinical manifestations are not the same.
  What is vesiculitis?
Vesiculitis often occurs at the same time as prostatitis and is mostly due to retrograde infection. The causative organisms are mostly Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus haemolyticus and Escherichia coli, and there are two types of vesiculitis: acute and chronic.
The seminal vesicles are not organs for storing semen, but are accessory glands of the male genitalia. It is a pair of long oval-shaped sac-like organs. They are located posterior to the base of the bladder and lateral to the vas deferens. The shape is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, slightly flattened at the front and back, with an uneven surface, the upper end is free and more expanded as the bottom of the seminal vesicles, and the lower end is thin and straight as its excretory duct. Because of the structural characteristics of the seminal vesicles, after the inflammation occurs, the drainage is poor, and the bacteria invade and easily stay in the root of the problem, which is difficult to cure completely. In order to prevent vesiculitis from lingering, both acute and chronic vesiculitis should be treated thoroughly.
