How long can the new coronavirus survive in the air

The survival time of new coronaviruses varies in different air temperatures and humidity. This is because the coronavirus needs to be in the body fluid environment to survive, once out of that environment it is difficult to survive for a long time. The higher the temperature, the more difficult it is for the virus to survive, 56 ℃ for 30 minutes can make all the virus inactivation. At room temperature of about 25°C, the virus will soon lose its infectivity. Since the temperature has not yet been raised, the virus will survive outside the body for a relatively long time. In addition, the virus is more likely to survive in humid air. If the temperature and humidity are appropriate, the new coronavirus has the potential to survive for several days. For example, the virus may survive for 5 days in an environment with a temperature of 20°C and humidity of 40%-50%.
