Malignant lipoma, clinically known as liposarcoma, is a malignant tumor originated from adipocytes, most of which shows uneven fat density, large size, uneven margins, visible lobulation, which will cause compression and invasion of the surrounding tissues and cause symptoms of the adjacent tissues, and some of them will have distant metastasis, and the solid component will be obviously strengthened in the enhancement scan.
1. Morphological features: the tumor itself originates from adipose tissue, showing uneven fat density, growing painlessly to form a huge mass lesion, with uneven growth rate and further uneven margins and lobulation.
2. Relationship with neighboring tissues: large tumor size will cause obvious compression on neighboring tissues, causing abnormal function of corresponding tissues and organs; some tumors will invade the surrounding tissues and cause local destruction and even bleeding.
3. Metastatic tendency: with the progress of the tumor, some of them will have extensive distant metastasis.
4. Enhancement characteristics: the fat component is almost enhanced, and the solid component will be obviously enhanced.
Liposarcoma causes obvious abnormality in physical condition, which needs to be hospitalized as soon as possible and treated under the guidance of clinicians.
