Ovarian cysts 6 cm benign or malignant more

The actual fact is that you can’t get a good idea of whether a 6cm ovarian cyst is benign or malignant, but you need a detailed examination to make a final diagnosis. If the ovarian cysts of 6 cm have clear borders, good activity and no significant increase in size on follow-up, the ovarian cysts will be considered to be benign if they are simple liquid or translucent thin-walled cysts under ultrasound. In most cases, the cyst is considered benign, but if the ovarian cyst has recently increased in size up to 6 cm and the ultrasound reveals solid echogenicity or separation in the ovarian cyst or mixed echogenicity with papillae, the possibility of malignancy cannot be excluded and the final diagnosis requires pathology after surgery to make the diagnosis. In addition, patients with ovarian cysts need to avoid strenuous exercise and gentle movements during intercourse to avoid over-stimulation leading to rupture of the cysts.
