What is the cause of left upper abdominal pain after jumping rope?

The most common cause of left upper abdominal pain after jumping rope is acute chest and rib pain, often called “forked breath”, which refers to the pain in the chest and rib area caused by excessive or improper exercise, usually adjusting breathing and resting can be relieved; it may also be caused by food gastrointestinal irritation due to jumping rope after meals; or induced appendicitis, metastatic abdominal pain and other reasons. It is generally recommended not to exercise strenuously for half an hour after a meal in life, and reasonable physical preparation before exercise can avoid the above conditions.
