Anorectal fistula is an abnormal tube in which the rectal fire anal canal is identical to the surrounding skin. It is mostly a sequel of perianal abscess. The main symptoms are recurrent local pus flow, pain and itching. It can recur and persist for years. Improper treatment often results in anal incontinence and incomplete stool control. There are many external treatments in TCM that can effectively prevent and treat anorectal fistula recurrence and avoid anal function damage. The wound heals quickly, reducing complications and shortening the course of treatment. Avoid the pain of multiple surgeries.
1, fumigation therapy: fumigation method can be widely used to treat all stages of anal fistula, the application of the method aims to clean the local, relieve spasm, reduce swelling, disperse knots, converge mouth, commonly used formulas such as dispel the poison soup: watsu, horsetail, licorice 15 grams each, five times, Sichuan pepper, wind, atractylodes, hedgehog, side cypress leaf, onion white 9 grams each, park nit 30 grams. Add water and decoct the above herbs. Boil it and put it in a basin for 10 to 20 minutes after hot smoking. Or use bitter ginseng soup, or five times soup, or fumigation enema solution, etc., first fumigate and then wash, 1 time / day.
2.Patching therapy: After fumigation and washing, use Sanhuang paste, or Jiuhua paste to patch the affected area, 1 time/day.
3.Flushing therapy: use physiological saline or hydrogen peroxide, fumigation enema solution (prepared in the ratio of 1:1), loaded into a syringe, connected to a needle or plastic tube for infusion, inserted from the external mouth, and repeatedly flushed into the tube, so that it drains smoothly.
4, incision therapy: applicable to low anal fistula.
5.Deglutination method: one is to make the medicine into a stick or strip and insert it into the orifice depending on the size and depth of the sore. The other is to put the medicine in paper, insert it into the fistula, etch away the bad flesh, and close the mouth with raw muscle. The following drugs are commonly used: ① 15 grams of arsenic, 37 grams of red alum, 18 grams of yellow dane roasted twice in water, 8 scorpion tips roasted on the tile, 6 grams of grass aconite head peeled and used, burned, research fine and wrapped in leather paper, inserted into the fistula the next day to see the sore into black, when the rotten flesh falls off, the emergence of bright red meat can be replaced with raw muscle san treatment. ②Shinstone 3 grams, alum 6 grams, mitras, cinnabar 1.5 grams each, burned, finely grinded and mixed with white flour, made into ingots, inserted into the fistula. ③ Generally, with dead hemorrhoid nail, insert it into the fistula, and when the rotten flesh is destroyed and bright red flesh buds appear, treat it with raw muscle san.
6, hanging thread therapy: its mechanism is to rely on the mechanical effect of the gradual contraction of the hanging thread, so that the tissue within the hanging thread gradually necrosis due to ischemia, the fistula is slowly dissected, so that the drainage is unobstructed, thus preventing the occurrence of acute infection. The biggest advantage of this method of gradual dissection of the fistula is that the tissue within the hanging wire is gradually cut open and the basal wound gradually begins to heal, and although the sphincter is cut, the broken end is fixed by scar tissue and the broken end does not retract due to the cut, resulting in too large a separation and small scar after healing, which does not cause anal incontinence. Therefore, this treatment can be applied to certain patients with high anal fistulas and abscesses in which the anorectal ring is not fibrotic, but it is not suitable for patients with skin diseases around the anus, or patients with severe tuberculosis, syphilis and extreme physical weakness, as well as patients with cancer complicated with anal fistulas.
