Since Scuzzo and Takemoto proposed the lingual straight wire arch system at the end of the last century, the lingual straight wire arch has been gradually developed, which has the following advantages compared with other systems: 1. Easy matching of wire arch forms. 2. Easy to use the sliding method to close the extraction gap. 3.Easy to bend the arch wire and reduce the operation time. With the improvement of technician processing technology and the improvement of bracket design, the lingual straight wire arch system will have a broader clinical application prospect.
