The SCA on the optometry sheet represents different indicators, i.e. spherical lens prescription, astigmatism, astigmatism axial direction, the degree of impact on vision depends on the degree of myopia or hyperopia, as well as the degree of astigmatism and axial direction, so the optometry should test these three indicators, each representing the following meaning: 1. S: represents the spherical lens prescription, i.e. the degree of myopia or hyperopia, + is the degree of hyperopia, – is the degree of myopia. If the spherical lens is abnormal, it may indicate the occurrence of pathological myopia and hyperopia, and there may also be physiological hyperopia and pseudomyopia. If the magnitude of the increase is large, treatment can be done with corrective glasses. In daily life, we should pay attention to the scientific use of eyes, avoid using electronic products for a long time, and avoid using eyes in an environment with too much light or too dark; 2. C: represents the astigmatism, + is the astigmatism of farsightedness, – is the astigmatism of myopia. Astigmatism is a refractive error of the eye, mostly due to congenital structural abnormalities or long-term poor eye posture, which makes people easily produce blurred vision and visual fatigue. Mild astigmatism does not affect vision and can be treated without special treatment, while severe astigmatism needs to be treated with corrective glasses and surgery. 3. If the direction of the axis of astigmatism is not accurate, it is easy to cause blurred vision, visual fatigue and other symptoms to aggravate, and can also have an impact on vision.
