Spermatic sphincter effusion

Patient: In May 2013, there was a lump that had gone down again after sleeping. For the last while the fluid has been coming down and not going up and has been getting bigger the last two days. Today is a bit annoying…. The local doctor said it is what syringomyelia 。。。。 The baby is now 3 years old. I’d like to ask if I need surgery. There is no other way to treat it. I hope the doctor will give some advice, thank you! The reason for syringomyelia is that the tubular structure of the congenital sphincter does not close, and the possibility of closure after one year of age is generally very small. The best treatment option is minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, which can explore the opposite side, and if the opposite side is also not closed can complete the surgery in one go, with little trauma and fast recovery.
