The patient and family refused. After the consultation of the interventional department, it was decided to perform “percutaneous selective uterine artery embolization under local anesthesia”, and intraoperative imaging revealed that the uterine artery branch ruptured and bled at a large volume and speed. The patient and her family were very satisfied with this interventional treatment that could preserve the uterus and stop the bleeding.
