Bilateral fractures of the nasal bone are generally not considered minor injuries, but should be at least in the category of minor injuries. However, there are some exceptions, such as the word comminuted fracture that will appear on the CT report, which generally fall into the category of minor injuries. Many nasal fractures are accompanied by other fractures, such as fractures of the intraorbital wall or fractures of the frontal process of the maxilla and fractures of the nasal septum. In this case, as long as there are two fractures, it is considered a minor injury. In addition, the nasal bone fracture in the end is considered a minor injury or not, itself can be seen under the film, to forensic identification as the standard.
