How to train your child to urinate when you notice urine loss

  (1) life management: regular life, regular sleep, do not play computer games and mobile games, do not watch too exciting TV programs, do not play excessively before bedtime, develop the habit of urination before bedtime. (2) dietary taboos: no drinks, no spicy puffed food, no desserts, no fruit at night, no diuretic drinks such as millet, no more water or rice 2 hours before bedtime (3) urination interruption training: encourage the child to interrupt urination in the middle of each urination, count from 1 to 10 by himself, and then finish urination, which can train and improve the ability of the bladder sphincter to control urination. (4) Urine tolerance training: Let your child drink more water during the day, and when he has the urge to urinate, let him hold back urine for no more than 30 minutes each time, and train once or twice a day to make the bladder expand and increase its capacity, thus reducing the number of urination at night. (5) Wake up training: Parents master the law of urine loss of the child and wake up the child in person or with an alarm clock before bedwetting, and make sure the child gets out of bed to urinate on his own after waking up, without picking up or putting urine. After repeated training, the child will be able to wake up and urinate on his or her own. After receiving treatment, you can delay the time of waking up the child and observe the amount of urine the child urinates after waking up, and then delay the time until the child does not urinate overnight. In addition, if the child does not wet the bed for a long time, but occasionally wets the bed due to diet, rainy days, or fatigue, the child must be woken up the next night to urinate, and the child should not be allowed to continuously wet the bed.
