Fracture 1 month sometimes can be weight-bearing walking such as fibula fracture, but in most cases can not be weight-bearing walking, as follows: a. Simple fibular stem fracture: if not accompanied by serious separation of the upper and lower tibiofibular joints, no special treatment is needed, in order to reduce pain, using plaster fixation for 3-4 weeks, the patient can be weight-bearing walking; b. Tibial stem fracture or femoral stem fracture: usually requires external fixation in plaster for 6-8 weeks, or internal fixation, and after 8 weeks, depending on the healing of the fracture, the patient can gradually walk with weight. Otherwise, serious displacement of the fracture end will occur, which will affect the smooth healing of the fracture, and the patient may experience delayed healing, deformed healing, or even no healing, thus affecting the patient’s normal recovery.
