China has experienced rapid development in recent decades, and its economy and society have taken full shape. The standard of living is now generally high, but with it comes not only a sense of well-being, but also a variety of diseases that accompany it and nuisance the health of the people. Breast cancer is one of them. In the past decade, the mortality rate of breast cancer in China’s cities has increased by about 39%. Some first-tier cities are at high risk of developing breast cancer. It is worth noting that Chinese women with breast cancer have one characteristic: the age of onset is low, with a peak age of 35-49 years old! Why is this a problem? The reasons for this are mainly the following: i. Some high-risk factors that cause breast cancer are mainly family history, hormones, and obesity. It is difficult to avoid family genetic problems, but it is not impossible to do nothing. Pre-conception check-ups must be done well to exclude all factors that affect the normal development of the fetus. Second, now children’s diet is not safe, consuming a variety of health products containing hormones and food, like McDonald’s, KFC, etc. to the child to lay much hidden danger. The intake of exogenous estrogen has increased over time, and nowadays, children are generally developing early, and one of the high risk factors for breast cancer is early menarche (before 13 years old). Nowadays, adult women, like men, face the same pressure of life, often have irregular diets, like to stay up late, often participate in the nightlife, and inevitably socialize, drink alcohol, and eat a high-fat diet, which disrupt the hormone level in the body and affect the normal structure of the breast. Drinking alcohol and obesity are also one of the risk factors of breast cancer. Nowadays, in order to be beautiful, women not only have a variety of cosmetics, but also love to find a variety of “miracle doctors” and “masters” to adjust, what to slow down the aging, the red face, breast enlargement and buttocks, internal and external use, and I do not know how much exposure to exogenous hormones. Five, some women usually give birth later, breastfeeding shorter or even give up breastfeeding for the sake of beauty, not knowing that normal childbirth and breastfeeding is the greatest protection for the mammary gland. In conclusion, besides heredity, the high hormone level of women, the intake of exogenous hormones, irregular work and rest, alcohol consumption, high-fat and high-calorie diet, life stress, late or even no childbirth, breastfeeding time or even no breastfeeding, and other factors are overlapping, causing China to enter the peak of breast cancer in China.
