In recent years, the overall incidence of malignant tumors has been increasing significantly in China, and although new diagnostic and therapeutic tools are changing day by day, there is considerable arbitrariness and irregularity in the treatment of tumors in China, so the improvement of 5-year survival rate of colorectal cancer is still not obvious [1]. The multidisciplinary team (MDT) model has become the model and development direction of tumor treatment, and the treatment of tumor has also shifted from simple surgical resection to multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment mainly by surgical treatment, and the concept of MDT treatment must always be carried out before, during and after surgery. In view of the special medical condition of China, MDT model is still limited to a few hospitals in developed areas, and the treatment of tumor is quite arbitrary. Therefore, it is urgent to standardize tumor treatment, make full use of and optimize the allocation of existing medical and health resources, build a regional cooperative medical system, and promote MDT treatment model.
