1.About diet
There is no need for special “jealousy”, but the amount should be gradually increased according to the postoperative weight, urine volume and recovery of cardiac function, do not eat too much; spicy, smoky and fried foods should be eaten sparingly or not, and the diet should be reasonable, do not blindly consume supplements.
2.About vaccination
Generally 3 months after discharge, if you recover well and there is no whistle infection, you can get vaccination and vaccination.
3.About rest and activity
(1) If the surgical correction is complete and there are no special complications, you can get out of bed properly 3-4 days after surgery.
(2) Infants who cannot walk can be picked up and turned over by parents, stretching their arms and patting their backs.
(3) Children with cardiac insufficiency need absolute bed rest for 2-3 weeks or even longer to reduce the burden on the heart and facilitate the recovery of cardiac function.
(4) Do not engage in strenuous activities from 3 to 6 months after surgery. School-age children can go to school after 3 months after surgery, but do not participate in physical education classes, and gradually resume activities, study and life after half a year when the doctor confirms good recovery.
4.Parents need to observe items
(1) Body temperature, within 2 weeks after discharge from the hospital, take the body temperature every day and pay attention to the presence of fever and cold symptoms.
(2) Pay attention to whether there is pain, redness, swelling, cracking and pus flowing from the incision within 2 weeks after discharge.
(3) Pay attention to the decrease of urine volume, swelling and cyanosis of mouth and lips, and seek medical consultation in time.
5.Commonly used drugs after surgery: generally there are 3 kinds, mainly to improve cardiac function
(1) cardiac drugs, such as digoxin
Caution: the dose should be accurate, do not stop the drug, such as vomiting within 15 minutes after taking the drug to eat accurately in time
The time to take the medication should be accurate, every 12 hours, not arbitrarily change, such as 7:00 am, 7:00 pm
Take digoxin and calcium staggered, such as morning and evening digoxin, calcium at noon
Take pulse or heart rate before taking the medication, if there is arrhythmia or heart rate is slower than a certain number of times, stop once.

Age <3 months: Heart rate 120 beats/min, stop once
Age <1 year: Heart rate of 100 beats/min, stop once
Age 1-5 years: Heart rate of 90 beats/min, stop once
Age >5 years: Heart rate of 80 beats/min, stop once
(2) Vasodilators, such as Captopril (Kepone)
Caution: Strictly follow the doctor’s instructions, and measure blood pressure at the initial stage or when adjusting the dose, and discontinue if it is lower than normal.
(3) Diuretics, such as tachyphylaxis, aminoglutethimide.
At the same time, potassium chloride should be taken frequently, and potassium chloride should be used cautiously or in consultation with a doctor if there is no urine for a long time after taking tachypnea tablets.
