How to treat “hepatic hemangioma”?

Patient: Description of the condition (onset time, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): 4*3.2 cm hemangioma detected during physical examination, do I need treatment? Hepatobiliary Surgery Department, Hepatobiliary Hospital: Hello! First of all, the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma must be confirmed and not other tumors. In terms of treatment, hepatic hemangioma under 5cm does not need any treatment (intervention, surgery, etc.), but regular ultrasound review is needed for 1/3-6 months to monitor whether there is any increase. Hemangioma >10cm is generally considered to need surgical resection, but if there is no change in size and it does not affect liver function or work life, it can be observed. Interventional embolization of hemangioma is usually not recommended because it cannot be eliminated radically and may bring complications such as biliary artery embolization and biliary stenosis, the consequences of which are sometimes catastrophic, and it is entirely possible to avoid such complications by not choosing interventional embolization. Patient: Without any treatment, what should I do?
