Long-lasting cough and asthma

Cough and wheezing are the most common symptoms in general. Although common, they are not very treatable. So many people who have these diseases run between Western and Chinese medicine, but they can’t be cured for a long time. So why is this? The main diseases that cause cough and wheezing symptoms are pharyngitis, acute and chronic bronchitis, wheezing bronchitis, and asthma. Most of these diseases are caused by infections, and western medical treatment is based on the application of antibiotics. However, in recent years, many bacteria have become less sensitive to antibiotics, that is, more and more bacteria have become resistant to antibiotics, so the use of many antibiotics can not play a role; in addition, due to widespread use, the pathogenic bacteria of respiratory system infections have changed. The bacteria that are sensitive to antibiotics (commonly known as Gram-positive cocci) are fewer, and the bacteria that are less sensitive to antibiotics (Gram-negative bacilli) have increased. This makes it considerably more difficult to treat in Western medicine. From the TCM side, the treatment of cough and wheezing is abundant. The main treatment principle does not use herbs from time to time to directly kill bacteria, but rather adjusts to improve the body’s immune function to destroy pathogenic bacteria, while effectively controlling cough and wheezing symptoms. However, the main principle of treatment in Chinese medicine is “treating with evidence”, which means that the requirements for the use of medicine with evidence are high, that is, first of all, the different syndromes must be accurately identified, and then the right medicine must be prescribed in order to obtain good results. Cough and asthma are very complicated in clinical evidence. If the identification is slightly inaccurate and the medication is slightly inconsistent with the evidence, it is difficult to obtain good results. This is the main reason why the efficacy varies so much among herbalists. So, what are some of the coughs and asthma that we usually see that are not cured for a long time? Examples are as follows: 1. Acute pharyngitis: (main feature: dry cough after a cold). This cough is often preceded by a cold, or a fever. But after the cold is gone and the fever has subsided, the cough does not get better and can last for a long time. The patient often has a sore throat, an itchy throat, or a dryness, and little or no phlegm. If you look at the throat against the light, you will find that the throat is red. 2, chronic pharyngitis long: (long-term dry cough with little phlegm, or with phlegm not easily clicked out, sometimes hoarse) for a long time often have itchy throat cough, or recurrent episodes, no or little phlegm, sometimes hoarse throat, often because of the cold wind or other odor stimulation, it will cause cough, sometimes cough more intense, can also be accompanied by allergic rhinitis, often with nasal congestion sneeze. This disease also has an occupational tendency, and teachers, singers, and fair interpreters are prone to this disease. The first thing you need to do is to get a good idea of what you’re looking for. At this time, if not effectively treated, it will develop into chronic bronchitis. 4. Chronic bronchitis: (coughing and sputum, which does not heal over the years, or wheezing, with repeated attacks) Recurrent attacks of coughing and sputum over the years, or over the years, with lighter and heavier periods. After treatment, it can temporarily improve, but soon relapses again. In this case, the cough and sputum have been recurring for many years, or have been temporarily relieved after treatment, but soon return. This condition is predominant in middle-aged and elderly people. In this case, treatment is urgently needed. Otherwise, it will develop into “pulmonary heart disease” and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), i.e. “slow obstructive pulmonary disease”. At that time, it will be very difficult to treat. 5, pediatric wheezing bronchitis: (main features: young infants, sudden wheezing) young infants, coughing and wheezing, but the fever is not high, or no fever, at the same time can have nasal congestion sneezing, wheezing heavy can be found around the nasal lips blue. This condition often recurs. It can be relieved when we go to the hospital for infusion and inhalation of some medicine that only wears, but it comes back soon. Many children have a little cold every time, it will cause wheezing episodes, making the whole family very nervous. If the treatment is not complete, it will transform into asthma. This complicates the situation even further. 6. Adult and pediatric asthma (bronchial asthma): (Main feature: prolonged episodes of wheezing) Long-term, less than a few months, more than a few years, in adults can be up to decades, recurrent episodes of wheezing, temporary relief with antiasthmatic drugs, soon relapsed, most patients kah spit white or yellow sputum. The amount of sputum can be large or small. Wheezing often occurs at night, and patients with heavy wheezing often cannot lie down and need to sit up, or lean up, and some may also vomit and spit out white sputum. Some patients do not wheeze, but often have episodes of severe coughing, also mostly at night. This may also be asthmatic in nature and is known medically as “cough variant asthma”. However, this diagnosis should be made by a doctor. The above six types of cough and asthma that do not resolve are not limited to these six types, but there are many more types of cough and asthma that can be seen in clinical practice. It is only these six types that are the most common and many people have been suffering from them for a long time, and they have been one of my main areas of research for more than 50 years. During my long clinical practice, I have continued to study and improve my treatment methods. Now I have in my hands the above-mentioned cough and asthma “nemesis”, which can control your condition faster or even cure it completely. Now I have been recruited to attend the specialist clinic at Tongrentang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing’s Western Polishing Plant, and with the support of the hospital’s leadership, I am equipped with all the varieties of medications needed to treat this disease with excellent quality to ensure maximum efficacy. Many people often do not take cough seriously and often do not treat it urgently, until it develops into “slow lung” or pulmonary heart disease, which is already too late and makes treatment very difficult. We hope that those who suffer from this type of disease will not delay treatment any longer, and that they will be treated promptly.
