Music beats and health

Classical music has a slow tempo and has been used since ancient times as a means of calming down and relieving tension and stress. Modern research shows that the human heart rate is 60-80 times a minute, and if the beat is slower than this frequency and at a lower volume, the human heartbeat and breathing will slow down and the blood pressure will drop by 10-20mmHg, while allowing good adjustment of immune function, respiration, digestion, endocrine and nervous systems. It has been used by foreign doctors to treat diseases. Foreign survey found that the members who play classical music are mostly smooth and happy, get along well with people, have cheerful character and active thoughts. While members who play modern music, more than 70% suffer from nervous allergies, more than 60% are impatient, more than 22% are depressed and prone to quarrels, and some often suffer from insomnia, headache, earache and diarrhea.
