What are the rehabilitation methods for fractures

The rehabilitation methods for fracture patients vary from person to person: 1. Phase I: i.e. 1-2 weeks after the fracture, treatment such as intermediate frequency, magnetic therapy, drug ultrasound introduction, and muscle-effect patch can be performed, and patients can also be encouraged to actively move the distal part without fracture site; 2. Phase II: After the fracture site is stabilized, small continuous joint movement training can be performed within the pain-free range; 3. Phase III: Treatment can be performed through muscle strength training, balance and coordination training, proprioceptive training, joint loosening, and special manipulation.
