Acute gastric ulcer symptoms

Acute gastric ulcer can be accompanied by the following typical symptoms: 1. stomach pain, the nature of the pain is stabbing, burning pain, pain after meals. 2. acid reflux and heartburn, which is a burning-like reaction in the esophagus caused by reflux of gastric juice into the esophagus. 3. nausea and vomiting, the ulcer damages the mucosa and causes spasm of the gastric muscle, resulting in nausea and vomiting. 4. if the ulcer is severe and accompanied by a small amount of bleeding, there will also be black stools and dark colored stools. 5. There are some patients who have ulcers, but, can have no clinical symptoms and need to be found when doing gastroscopy. Therefore, the diagnosis of symptoms is only an approximation, and further clinical examination is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
