What’s wrong with coughing and back pain?

A few people experience back pain when they cough. Some people have the pain as soon as they cough. And others it happens after coughing for a while. The causes of back pain accompanying a cough are more complicated. 1. Coughing with back pain may be caused by pneumonia. Coughing can occur after developing pneumonia. Some patients also develop pneumonia, which pulls the pleura when coughing, so that the back feels painful. In case the cough does not get better all the time and is accompanied by back pain. You should go to the hospital so that it is not pneumonia but delayed and untreated. 2. When you have tuberculosis, you will also experience coughing and back pain. While the tuberculosis bacteria invade the lungs, they also involve the tissues around the lungs, such as the pleura. When the surrounding tissues are damaged to a certain extent, a cough accompanied by back pain will occur. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease, and if it is not seen and treated in a hospital, it affects both your own health and the health of others. 3. Long-term incorrect posture and abnormal exertion can damage the back muscles. Back pain when coughing may also be caused by muscle and fascia damage. The above are some of the causes of coughing back pain. If your cough is getting worse and your back pain is getting worse, go to a regular hospital and have your doctor prescribe medicine for your condition.
