The right ankle fracture was firstly improved with local CT and 3D reconstruction to accurately determine the extent of the right ankle fracture. If there is no obvious displacement, timely cast fixation and braking can help reduce swelling and prevent fracture dislocation. During the period of cast fixation, the main purpose is to practice leg lifting, contraction of calf muscles, and toe flexion and extension activities. After the cast is removed, gradually strengthen the flexion and extension activities of the ankle joint and avoid premature weight-bearing. After surgical repositioning and fixation, the flexion and extension activities of the ankle joint can be strengthened at an early stage, but the ankle joint should not be weight-bearing prematurely. Elevate the limb appropriately to help reduce the swelling, review the fracture site X-ray regularly, and determine the degree and strength of exercise according to the fracture healing condition.
